On 10/10/10, i decided to do something; that stands in internet history, thus my new blogger site 'Pradeep's Cyberspace' was created.
Here, i will be writing all my technical articles (investements, stocks, tutorials, software programs, web, internet, motivation etc).
I wanted to keep all of the above items separate from 'Explore Yourself'. As, i decided to keep this space only for personal blogging.
Explore yourself...

Team work - a tribute for it. (In memories of my SOA SATYAM SDC team)
On 21th July 2008, the big hot conference "The WTC - Websphere Technical Conference" hosted by IBM, this like every previous year, all the technocrats, architects, engineers attended the WTC2008 at the 'le meredian' Hotel near sankey road.
We, The SOA team from SDC, SATYAM; underwent a serious of disciplined preparations for the past one week before the big event. We collectively, under the magical power of so called 'Team work' prepared for all the SOA certifications set as mandatory for us. (Its a cute little secret of how we prepared and what all rockets we flew to achieve the target set for my team).
And the biggest ridicule is, none of us knew what exactly the high fi advanced J2ee technology is all about, but still we have the text books, the confidence and the power of team work; which constantly made us believe we can top the expectations.
Now, Just 2 days before the big event on Monday; we came to office on Saturday and all my team members came to my desk and we all sat in a circular style around my desk and started to prepare, it was going great. We prepared so well, that it hardly demanded for any second revision. Everything went perfect, until the evening, when our TL Sireesha gave a call to our competency head Kiran, and we all got a shocker that some of us might have to miss the conference, and this induced a sense of huge embarrassment and feeling of missing each other, though i was one among the lucky 5 to get selected for the conf, my feeling of leaving my rest of the team was greater than the prior one. And we all did a lot of attempts to seek nominations for the rest of my friends but all in vain. No mood to read any more and all departed the place with a feeling of anguish.
Next day, Sunday we were asked to travel to BHR, SATYAM for a session on WID tool and to take up a sample test on SOA. And i remember, we were treated like a school children and asked to take up a written test on SOA IBM 000-667, a sample on one of the toughest paper. As we started the test, i remember not a single question appeared from what we studied, but my friend Ravi argued that Hurraaaaaaaaaay atleast one appeared from the section which he had attended. And we all landed with a single digit marks and was totally given up, but still we believed we can crack it. And called the day, and went home to get ready for the Event tomorrow.
Now the big day, as usual i was late to get up and was little late to leave my flat, one of my friend as usual was waiting for me in the marathahalli bus stop and we reached the 'Le Meridian' Hotel in pure formals. And we all upon registrations was gifted a good leather laptop bag, we were all delighted. And we felt sorry for the rest of my friends, and we approached Kiran to ask, just in case; if there are any dropouts we can get our friends here. Luckily, 5 of them from the confirmed nominees had failed to show up their faces. This was a huge chance to get the rest of my team members, and we soon did all the necessary arrangements and brought few of our missing friends, it was great to have all of them with us.
Then, we all headed for a KEY NOTE session by,
John Mesberg
Vice President, WebSphere Services & Support
Software Group, IBM Corporation
it was awesome, what a energy was transformed from the speaker to me, he inspired me and gave me a feeling of how i will be after few years from now. Splendid experience.
Now coming back to the toughest exam IBM 000-667, where we saw single digits on our paper last day, this time we all got together and made sure we will give our best.
To our surprise, one of my friend RAVI gave a huge shot and was the first one to give this 667, and he came out with smiles saying guys i scored 93%, this woke up the spirits inside us and we all went up come out with the scores of 100, 100, 98, 94, 80 and soon. This was unbelievable and our head truly appreciated for the same.
Surprising dont you think so.
And we all went up, to do more then 4+ certificates per delegate and made this conference a huge success.
All this was possible, cos of the purely team effort.

Reply feature with EMAIL is insecure - EMAIL BUG or INSECURE Requirement
Well have anyone, had ever thought about this paradox.
Email: Emails are suppose to serve the purpose of proof/evidence for a official correspondence.
All we do is, simply reply to a email. And this piece of email becomes a proof of the communication. Well, we do have the feature of read receipts or failure reports, and we all pretty much appreciate that.
But, my question is;
What suppose if we forward an email by editing the contents of the previous/below email?. EMAILS ALLOWS THAT.
What suppose the person, who reads the forwarded email and come to a conclusion of the manipulated is actually right?. EMAILS ALLOWS THAT.
Basically, what i want to say is;
Emails allow us to edit the contents, timestamp, subject of the previous emails and forward/reply this manipulated email to others. This is ridiculous and insecure.
We cant allow others to manipulate our emails.
May be, when we reply/forward a email, it would be nice, if they are made readonly.
I really dont know, is this really possible to this existing email design or or or ...,
So, what do u think about this? Do write your views on this.

Mouna Ragam (1986)
Mouna Ragam Watch Online: Part 1 Part 2
Mouna Raagam (Silent Symphony) (1986) is a Tamil language feature film directed by filmmaker Mani Ratnam. The score and soundtrack are composed by Ilayaraja, and the film's cinematography is by P. C. Sriram. Critically acclaimed upon release, it hit cinemas in the mid-1980s and was a stylistic landmark in romance-drama filmmaking in the south Indian motion-picture industry. It is infact an inspiration for some of the films in Bollywood.
